Introduction to balanoposthitis

Balanoposthitis is defined as inflammation of both the foreskin and glans penis. Balanitis is the inflammation of the glans penis alone, and posthitis is inflammation of the foreskin alone. Balanoposthitis occurs only in uncircumcised males.
