Exercise headache and headache associated with sexual activity

One option for treatment is to take an NSAID shortly before exercise or sexual activity. Use:

1 ibuprofen 400 mg orally, 2 hours before exercise or sexual activity headache (exercise or sexual activity) ibuprofen    

OR

1 indometacin 25 to 50 mg orally, 2 hours before exercise or sexual activity. headache (exercise or sexual activity) indometacin    

Some patients prefer to take a preventive drug regularly. Use:

propranolol 10 to 40 mg orally, twice daily for 1 month, then review. headache (exercise or sexual activity), prophylaxis propranolol
