Abdominal and chest pain in adult-onset Still disease

Approximately 50% of people with adult-onset Still disease will have abdominal pain, which may be associated with lymphadenopathy, organomegaly, hepatitis or peritonitis. About one-third of people may have pleurisy or pericarditis, which can be associated with chest pain.
