Following superwarfarin poisoning, if hypotension due to massive haemorrhage (usually gastrointestinal) is problematic, urgent antidotal therapy and clotting factor replacement is required—see Antidote and clotting factor replacement. Blood cross-matching and blood transfusion may also be required.
