Treatment for serotonergic toxidrome

If the patient develops symptoms and signs suggestive of serotonergic toxidrome (neuromuscular excitation, hyperthermia and altered conscious state) due to co-ingestion of lamotrigine with another serotonergic drug, see Serotonergic toxidrome for treatment recommendations. Management focuses on supportive care, gentle sedation, cooling, and sometimes antidotal therapy.
