Toxic concentration

Serum digoxin concentrations do not correlate well with toxicity, but can indicate peak toxicity and recovery. In the rare case that the serum digoxin concentration is more than 15.6 microgram/L (20 nanomol/L), seek advice from a clinical toxicologist.
