Assessment of males with low libido

In assessing low libido in males, look for evidence of contributing factors such as other sexual difficulties (eg erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation), androgen deficiency, insomnia, obesity, medications, alcohol or recreational drug use, fatigue, depression, eating disorders, relationship factors, concerns regarding gender identity or sexual orientation).
