Toxic concentration

Raised serum digoxin concentrations can be associated with systemic effects, but do not always correspond with clinical findings and are poor predictors of toxicity. If the serum digoxin concentration is more than 4 micrograms/L (5.1 nanomol/L), seek advice from a clinical toxicologist.
