Toxic dose

The toxic dose of chlorophenoxy herbicides depends on the concentration and formulation of the product ingested. Treat all deliberate ingestions as potentially fatal. In contrast, most accidental ingestions, or inhalational or dermal exposures, do not cause significant toxicity and do not need medical assessment unless symptoms develop.
