Inotropic support: isoprenaline
Isoprenaline can be used for bradycardia as an alternative chronotrope to adrenaline, but can exacerbate hypotension. Use:
isoprenaline 20 micrograms (child: 0.1 micrograms/kg) intravenously, every 2 to 3 minutes according to heart rate response beta-blocker poisoning
