Overview

A program of targeted and structured educational and behavioural interventions is recommended for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), which should be tailored to the person’s intellectual and language abilities, age and specific needs. No single approach to intervention and treatment is suitable for all people with autism spectrum disorder.
