Enhanced elimination
Haemodialysis can be considered in patients with severe kidney impairment (estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] of less than 30 mL/minute) who present with severe toxicity (eg coma requiring intubation) from baclofen poisoningGhannoum 2021.
